It does not properly work on my technics sl-q3 because it is much heavier than original cartridge and there is not enough range of tracking force adjustment to be able to adjust tonearm with this cartridge installed.In other words it means: it may not work for you if you care about your music collection; on the other hand if all you want is to "scratch", it would be a nice cheap cartridge. This headshell looks nice and could work ok on some turntables. But beware - this is not quite a universal replacement.
Recommended. I bought this headshell to mount a cartridge specifically for playing 78 RPM records. The headshell is well made, mounts into the tonearm easily, and comes with special weights in case you need them to help your stylus track better.
The quality and appearance are at least equal to the Audio Technica headshell. You will not believe how interchangable these headshells are. It was a perfect replacement for the one that came with my Audio Technica turntable.
Great Bargain. I have several cartridges on headshells ready to go, I have a technics table and a Audio technics pl120 turntables, and these headshells works perfectly on there S tone arms.
